Bala Mohammed, the governor of Bauchi State, has informed the state’s residents of his intention to carrying out further development projects that will enhance their quality of life.
During a Sallah homage offered to him by several groups and associations at the Government House on Sunday, the Governor announced this.
The groups and associations that visited the Governor included ALGON members, led by the Chairman and Caretaker Committee Chairman, Katagum Local Government Area, Alhaji Umar Hassan.
Others were the Governor’s classmates at the defunct Government Secondary School Bauchi, the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Bauchi State Chapter, NURTW, artisans and traders association and other youths and women groups.
Governor Bala appreciated the groups and associations for their visit and pledged to do more for the development of Bauchi State and its people.
He also requested their continued prayers and support to enable him to succeed on the tasks ahead.
With his reelection, the Governor assured the people of Bauchi State of more dividends of democracy, saying that he would carry everyone along in the scheme of things devoid of any difference.
He urged the people to continue to support his administration’s developmental projects that have a direct bearing on their lives.
