Manchester City midfielder, Bernardo Silva, has made an incredible claim about manager Pep Guardiola while heaping praises on the Spaniard ahead of their UEFA Champions League semi-final second-leg clash against Real Madrid on Wednesday night.
Guardiola has been one of the greatest managers in football, with successful stints at Barcelona, Bayern Munich and now Manchester City.
The 52-year-old has won two UEFA Champions League trophies, three La Liga, Bundesliga and four Premier League titles and several other honours.
Guardiola is known for his rigorous tactical and possession-based approach to the game.
Speaking about Guardiola, Silva said the Man City boss is always thinking and he keeps changing things and how it helps them learn.
“He is the manager who I have worked the longest with during my career, and he is a really special coach in his way of seeing football and in his way of always changing things. He is always thinking,” Silva told France Football.
“When you win three titles in a season, you might assume that the following season you will be playing the same way, but no – he keeps changing things so that the other teams never know how we are going to develop our style of play.
“So nobody gets used to how we play. And since he is changing all the time, every year you learn. He has really changed the way I see the game.”
