Bill Maher, a television celebrity, has urged Joe Biden to drop out of the 2024 presidential run.

 

 

While acknowledging that Biden has done a fine job thus far and has restored some normalcy to the White House, Maher claimed that voters’ concerns about Biden’s advanced age and physical and mental stamina may prevent him from defeating Donald Trump once more.

 

He asserts that Trump must be removed from office or democracy will undoubtedly perish. Additionally, he stated that it is irrelevant at this point whether Biden is intelligent enough to serve a second term because even Democrats have serious doubts and perception has become reality.

 

The “Real Time” anchor added that age should be considered on a case-by-case basis rather than automatically disqualifying.

 

On Trump, Maher said even though he’s around the same age as Biden, he seems more vibrant. He said “Trump is like KISS. He puts on the face paint and the wig and he looks like he did in 1978!”
