Reuters reports that District Judge Michael Snow released her on bond with a number of limitations and requirements, including a curfew that forced her to stay indoors between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.

In addition, the judge mandated that she wear an electronic tag at all times and set a bond amount of 70,000 pounds, which had to be paid before she was allowed to leave the courtroom on Monday.

During her Monday appearance before Westminster Magistrates Court, the former minister reportedly spoke just to give her name, date of birth, and address, according to Reuters.

The charges against her were read aloud in court, but she was not required to enter a formal plea. According to the news agency, her lawyer, Mark Bowen, informed the court that she would be pleading not guilty.
