Regarding the ongoing conflict in Gaza, Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that it could escalate and have “extremely destructive consequences” that could spread beyond the Middle East.

Vladimir Putin warned other world leaders over the phone that if the carnage in Gaza doesn’t stop, the conflict may get worse.

“Our task today, our main task, is to stop the bloodshed and violence,” stated the president of Russia.

 

“Otherwise, further escalation of the crisis is fraught with grave and extremely dangerous and destructive consequences. And not only for the Middle East region. It could spill over far beyond the borders of the Middle East.”

Putin emphasized the urgency of ending the bloodshed and violence in Gaza to prevent a further escalation of the crisis.

Leaders from various nations are expressing their concerns about the situation in Gaza and calling for a resolution to the conflict.
