Arsenal secures maximum points against Wolverhampton Wanderers

With a resounding victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers at home on Saturday, Arsenal continued their winning streak.

Following the early exchanges in the game it was crystal clear that Arsenal had better quality than their counterpart Wolves.

It took the Gunners just 6th minutes into the match to confirm their dominance when they opened the scoring through English rave of the moment Bukayo Saka.

Saka was assisted by Japanese defender Takehiro Tomiyasu. Following Arsenal’s brilliance in the final third, it soon became 2-0 as Martin Odegaard finished in aplomb to make it 2-0.

The playmaker was assisted by Ukraine defender Oleksandr Zinchenko in the 13th minute of the contest.

Arsenal would have increased their advantage but they missed a couple of chances to make it 3-0.

In the latter stages of the game, Brazil and Wolves forward Matheus Cunha scored a goal to pull one back for the visitors.

Cunha’s goal came in the 86th minute of the game courtesy of an assist from Nelson Semedo. But Arsenal held on to seal a 2-1 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers.
