The treasonable felony charges against the 2023 African Action Congress presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, and Olawale Bakare have been struck out.
The charges were struck out by a Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday.
The Federal Government had last week discontinued the treasonable case against Sowore, who is also the Publisher of Sahara Reporters.
