Former Super Eagles player, Ibrahim Babangida has died in an accident along Zaira road in Kaduna State.

His brother, Tijani, who was with wife, son and maid, was also involved in the crash..

 

Tijani is president of Professional Footballers Association of Nigeria.

 

A statement by the General Secretary of (PFAN), Emmanuel Babayaro, confirmed  Ibrahim died in the crash.

 

But Tijani and rest of his family were said to be responding to treatment.
