Dakore Egbuson-Akande, a popular Nigerian actress, has issued a disclaimer in response to rumors about her involvement with Nigerian Senator Akpabio.

Recall that a few days ago, a Gist lover blog featured a number of Nollywood actresses, including Dakore, as the Senate President’s side chicks.

The actress who have never had anything scandalous written or said about her in a 2min 38 seconds video shared on her socials rebutted claims that she has ever had any contact with the man in question.

 Dakore said the accusation came from the depths of hell and offered five million Naira to anyone who could provide proof that she had any connection to the Senate President.

In the video, Dakore Egbuson-Akande, who had just arrived in the United States with her family for a summer vacation, said, “I have not been online, and I started getting calls and text messages this morning directing me to a very wicked lie from the pit of hell.”

The hardworking Nigerian actress expressed her shock, saying, “I am very disappointed, shocked, and appalled.”

“And I want to categorically state that I have never in my life met the Senate President, nor have I had the opportunity to see him or be in the same room with him, let alone be one of his side chicks.”

“I am married, happily married, and have two beautiful children. I have always being above board with my dealings with anyone. So for a blogger, a jobless wicked blogger to decide to put name among women who have been with this man it is totally wicked and uncalled for. It is a lie from the pit of he’ll and I am ready for any legal action.”

“Because at this point you have messed with the wrong person. I keep to myself , I mind my business, I drink water and I  do my work.

“For someone to want to tarnish my hard earned name and image for some clicks no way. I am not going to stand for it, and I am not going to accept. I am not going to keep quiet about it.

Dakore went on to say, “So I am going to put it out there, anyone who can say that I have been with this man and has evidence, video or audio evidence, I will give you five million naira right now, I am not joking, I am very serious because I have worked hard for my name and reputation for someone to wake up in the morning and cause wahala in my life. I reject it categorically.”

This is a lie from hell; I have never seen the Senate President before, and I will not let anyone tarnish my reputation. So Gist Lover or media.
