Philip Shaibu, the reinstated Deputy Governor of Edo State, has officially resumed his duties and instructed his staff to do the same.
According to Business Day, in a recent video broadcast, Shaibu emphasized that any bank conducting transactions with the Office of the Deputy Governor without his explicit approval is engaging in illegal activity.
