Barely 72 hours after Nigerian authorities arrested Bashir Hadeja for treason, gun running, and other transnational crimes, Ipledge2nigeria.net discovered that he had unfettered access to those in positions of power.

Hadeja, who has been apprehended and detained following reports of smuggling weapons and stolen gold from Libya, has been seen at different times with high ranking political class like the former Nigerian President Buhari, current Nigeria President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, National Security Adviser of Nigeria Nuhu Ribadu, Chief of Staff to the President femi Gbaja and others.

Hadeja who is also being investigated for money laundering and illegal activities, was was also a former aide to the present minister of state for defence, Bello Matawalle

 According to security authorities, Hadeja was found with incriminating documents, including an international passport belonging to Republic of Vanuatu , and a video showing gold bars believed to be stolen from the Libyan Central Bank. Hadeja is cooperating with the investigation, revealing his sponsors and connections
