A 39 years old man simply identified as Pele has been apprehended by the Operatives of Oyo State Security Network (Amotekun)

Mohammed, who was later handed over to the Nigeria Police Force, Oyo State Command, was arrested around Seriki Okegbemi, Olorisa-oko, Moniya in Akinyele local government area of Oyo State.

During the visit to his hideout where he perpetrates his evil act, corpses and other human body parts such as skulls, intestines and blood were seen at the den.

Speaking on the incident, the Bale of Seriki Okegbemi, Chief Saka Okesola and the General Chairman of the area, Mr Sherif Ayede, said they have been suspecting the movement of the suspect for sometime which led to his being trailed before nemesis caught up with him.

Also, in his reaction, Chairman Akinyele Local Government, Hon. Akinwole Akinleye, called on people of the council area to be security conscious and inform security operatives of any suspicious movement in their area for safety of lives and property.

Akinleye, however, assured residents of Akinyele Local Government Council of adequate security

When contacted, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Mr Adewale Osifeso, said that investigations had already commenced on the incident
