The founder of Ladies in Business Magazine Global, Amb. Adeshola Helen Onadipe, has stated that the mission of Ladies in Business Magazine Global is to ensure that the voices of remarkable women are heard, seen, and celebrated.

Amb. Onadipe disclosed this at the SHE Global Awards Inc. press conference in Lagos over the weekend.

According to her, The SHE Global Awards Inc. 2025 is not just an awards ceremony; it is a movement and a celebration of women from all walks of life who have made significant strides in business, leadership, innovation, and community impact.

“Our platform continues to champion women in business globally, recognizing not just the well-known but also the unsung heroes who work tirelessly behind the scenes. The SHE Global Awards Inc. 2025 is a continuation of that mission, giving women the recognition they deserve while inspiring others to rise and lead.

“This event will honour the unwavering spirit of women who continue to defy the odds, break barriers, and inspire future generations to dream bigger, go further, and achieve the impossible.”

“As we reflect on the theme of this year’s awards, The Lipstick Force, we are reminded of the strength, resilience, and grace that women carry. Lipstick symbolizes confidence, empowerment, and individuality, while force signifies power, action, and change. Together, these words paint a picture of the modern woman: multifaceted, dynamic, and determined to make an impact in her community, her industry, and the world.”

Speaking at the press briefing, the Nigerian Representative of Ladies in Business Magazine Global and Creative Director of Dewtees Cakes Outfit, Adebola Lawal, stated that the event is a celebration of women from all walks of life who have made significant strides in business, leadership, innovation, and community impact.

“This event will honor the unwavering spirit of women who continue to defy the odds, break barriers, and inspire future generations to dream bigger, go further, and achieve the impossible.

“As we reflect on the theme of this year’s awards, The Lipstick Force, every woman takes time to make up, right? We all have this lipstick that we put on—whether red, white, purple, or whatever color it is.

“But there’s a way it speaks to our personality, to who we are, and the way we express ourselves, just like everyone has spoken today. So I said to myself, why not The Lipstick Force? It’s not just about the color, but the empowerment, the force behind a woman applying lipstick, and the confidence to speak at every event or wherever she finds herself with boldness and audacity to say, ‘Here I am.’

“Because wherever a woman is standing, we just have to take a bow for that woman,” she added.

According to the CEO of Kolony Events and Designs, Ambassador Dr. Adenike Adedoji, “This year’s edition in Nigeria will bring together thought leaders, industry professionals, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and activists from across the globe. Several keynote speakers, international guest speakers, and partners are expected to grace the awards ceremony, which will be held at Protea, Lagos, on April 13, 2025. The Chairperson of the day will be Nalan Ozkan, Vice President of the International Businessperson and Diplomats Union, Turkey.
