Manchester United came from behind to defeat Manchester City in a dramatic derby at Old Trafford with a stunning late turnaround.
The lead in the Premier League appeared to be getting closer after substitute Jack Grealish scored on the hour from a Kevin de Bruyne cross to put City ahead. United, on the other hand, responded superbly to win over their supporters.
Despite Marcus Rashford being in an offside position, Bruno Fernandes scored with 12 minutes left to bring Erik ten Hag’s team level. City’s protests that he had interfered with play were ignored despite the flag being raised.
Rashford headed in a cross from the Stretford End from substitute Alejandro Garnacho four minutes later to bring United within one point of City, who are still five points behind Arsenal.
