At Uyo’s Godswill Akpabio Stadium, the first half concluded in a 0-0 draw.
Motlomelo Mkhwanazi gave Lesotho the lead in the second half in the 56th minute.
However, a header by Semi Ajayi in the 67th minute gave the Super Eagles a point.
The match eventually ended in a 1-1 draw after full-time, as both teams shared a point each.
Nigeria will now face Zimbabwe in their next game on Sunday.
