A nascent Niger Delta Militant group has threatened to bomb and shut down oil installations in Niger Delta should any Judge rule and stop allocations to the 23 Local Governments in Rivers State.

The group said they can no longer watch as FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike continue to use Federal might and his relationship with judges to procure judgements that undermines Governor Sim Fubara governance of the state.

Justice Joyce Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court, Abuja, is set to rule on Monday to stop allocations to LG in Rivers State. Abdulmalik is said to be loyal to Wike.

Justin Alabraba, spokesman of the Niger Delta Development Force said any judgement from any court in Abuja on Monday that denies Local Governments in Rivers State, will be met with heavy destructions of oil installations in the region.

“Let them try it on Monday and see. We will shut down major oil pipeline and it would be the beginning of the worst to come. Wike cannot be using Tinubu’s powers to cause problems in Rivers state,” Alabraba said.
